Try it at home for 30 days. If it isn't right, keep the packaging and send it back in new, resalable condition. We usually offer an exchange first, and a restocking fee may apply if an item needs servicing.
Every cart is covered by our 2-year Strolee Solves It warranty. If something breaks because of a design or manufacturing defect, we fix it at no charge.
Questions, answered
Is it a walker?
No. It's a personal shopping cart with walker-like stability, so you have something steady to hold while you carry whatever the day needs. It isn't a medical device and isn't meant to replace one.
Will it look like medical equipment?
No. The Stability Shopper looks like a premium personal shopping cart, with a mesh bag, a lower basket and a cup holder. It gives you support without the clinical look of traditional mobility equipment.
Will it fit in my car?
It folds to 23 in W × 9 in D × 25.5 in H and stands on its own when folded. Measure your trunk or back seat to be sure.
Is it only for pets?
No. The shopping bag comes in the box, so it's a Stability Shopper with the v3 Pet Bassinet: a pet stroller on walk days and a shopping cart with walker-like stability the rest of the week.
Why not a regular pet stroller?
A regular pet stroller usually does one job. The Stability Pet is a Stability Shopper underneath, so it carries your dog, your bags and whatever you pick up on the way, and it works as an everyday cart when your dog stays home.
How big is the bassinet?
22 in long, 12 in wide and 12 in deep, for pets up to 50 lb.
When will it ship?
In-stock orders ship from our North Carolina warehouse in 1–2 business days. Pre-order items show their ship date on this page, in your cart and on your order confirmation.
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from purchase. Try it indoors only, keep the original packaging, and make sure it's in new, resalable condition. A restocking fee may apply if the item needs servicing, and we usually offer an exchange first. Open box and final sale items can't be returned. Read the full policy.
What does the warranty cover?
Every Strolee comes with our 2-year Strolee Solves It warranty. If something breaks because of a design or manufacturing defect, we fix it at no charge. Warranty details.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Pay over time with Shop Pay at checkout.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
You may be able to. After you check out with your regular card, our partner Burst connects you with a licensed clinician who decides whether a Letter of Medical Necessity is appropriate.
