Shipping:

Strolee Carts ships in one to two business days from receiving your order. To check the status of your order, simply login with the account information you provided when you purchased your Cart or Accessory. 

Returns:

Strolee Carts provides Returns up to 30 days after purchase, provided the item is used and tested only indoors. If we have to service the product when re-stocking, we may charge you a small restocking fee.

In most cases, we will attempt to send you a suitable exchange product prior to issuing a refund.
