- Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page on Strolee Carts LLC and who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Strolee Carts LLC, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. Additionally, you agree to accept the decisions of Strolee Carts LLC as final and binding as it relates to the content.
- Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 08/20/2023 and ending 09/30/2023. All online entries must be received by 09/30/2023 11:59 PM EST.
- How to Enter: The Sweepstakes can be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this page. Entrants must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win a prize. You may enter only once, and you must provide your name and email address. Any attempt to enter more than once may lead to disqualification.
- Prizes: Two winners will receive a Strolee Pet Stroller valued at $329.99, with color based on availability. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Strolee Carts LLC. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. The prize is non-transferable.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified within 24 hours via email. They have 30 days to claim their prize by contacting connect@stroleecarts.com. If the chosen winner is unreachable or fails to claim their prize within the stipulated period, they forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, you understand that Strolee Carts LLC will have the right, where permitted by law, to use your name (first name and last initial) and image for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
- Communication: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive email newsletters and other communications from Strolee Carts LLC. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
- Disputes: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. All disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court located in North Carolina.
